September provides incredible Bull Elk hunting. The sound of that big bull bugling as he approaches your position will be sure to get your blood pumping. Our Elk hunting is located in three of the top zones in Alberta, for Huge Trophy Bulls. These areas have produced the largest Elk taken in the province 3 years running. Mountain Country Outfitters offer 8 tags for these locations. Our areas are 3 & 6 point zones! Our Bulls average 310 Boone & Crockett (B&C) and up, but in 2001, a 404 B&C bull was taken and in 2006, 408 B&C. The hunting season for Elk is open from September 17th to November 30th.
